Director of Security & Emergency Management
As Director of Security and Emergency Management, Jamie is responsible for managing the Security component for Strategic Projects across all business units and phases. This includes Security for all aspects of development and deployment such as internal and external non-disclosure agreements, management of marketing material access, device testing, supply chain operations, and the Unpacked event. She also leads the Network Security function. Jamie has been with Samsung for 11 years.

Jude Buckley is the Executive Vice President of the Mobile Business for Samsung Electronics America (Samsung). Based in Plano, Texas and in partnership with Bryan Choi, Executive Vice President, he oversees the Carrier Sales, Mobile Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Mobile Strategy, Mobile B2B, Mobile Computing & Wearables, Mobile Retail Operations and Mobile Production Center teams. Jude is an accomplished leader who has spent his career focused on hyper-growth sales and marketing with a successful track record of consistently exceeding revenue and profit targets. He has versatile global experience in direct to consumer, retail, and technology industries and brings an expertise in P&L management, leadership, technology, strategic direction, and global operations to Samsung.
Jude received his Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Finance, from Queensland University of Technology in Australia, and his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland in Australia. He has Qualification into the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA – CPA equivalent). Jude serves on Carlson Companies Board of Directors and the Samsung Retail Advisory Board.

Vice President, Mobile Product Management
Drew Blackard is the Vice President, Mobile Product Management at Samsung Electronics America (SEA). In this role, Blackard leads product marketing and business management, and is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for the company’s lineup of mobile devices, including the flagship Galaxy S and Note brands. In addition, Blackardoversees SEA’s Advanced Product Planning group and runs the Internet of Things (IoT) product portfolio.
Blackard received his Bachelor of Science in computer science and communications from Vanderbilt University and holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing and entrepreneurship from the University of Texas at Austin.

Wanda Young joined Samsung Electronics America in 2019 as our Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for leading marketing initiatives here in the U.S., including Experience & Direct to Consumer, Digital, Brand, integrated and Insights. Wanda joins us most recently from Disney, where she was the Senior Vice President of Client Solutions. Prior to this, Wanda held marketing leadership roles at ESPN, a division of Disney and Walmart, as well as a customer experience role at the former regional carrier, Alltel Wireless.

An immersive session training event focused on hands-on time with our new devices. This session will focus on the new key USPs. Learners will leave with demos that can easily be reproduced in the field. The goal is to build upon their awareness of the USPs from previous sessions and help them gain true hands-on experiential knowledge that they can share with RSAs and SECs.
